Performicy Technologies Inc. ("Performicy," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology and digital services company based in Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit performicy.com, contact us, submit feedback, work with us, or authorize a Performicy application or automation to access a third-party service.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message.
- Client feedback, including service ratings, written comments, recommendation responses, and any permission you give us to use a testimonial.
- Business, project, account, and billing information you provide while discussing or receiving our services.
- Records of correspondence and support requests.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, interaction events, and timestamps. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for this purpose.
Information from connected services
If you or your organization grants a Performicy application access to a third-party account, we may receive the account and performance data needed for the authorized function. Depending on the integration, this can include advertising account structure, campaigns, budgets, keywords, search terms, conversion and performance reports, website analytics, and search performance data.
3. How we use information
We use information for purposes including:
- responding to inquiries and providing, operating, maintaining, and improving our services;
- preparing proposals, managing projects, providing support, and communicating with clients;
- measuring website use, diagnosing problems, improving usability, and evaluating marketing;
- producing authorized analytics, reports, recommendations, and automations;
- protecting our website, services, clients, and users from misuse, fraud, and security threats;
- meeting contractual, accounting, regulatory, and legal obligations; and
- using feedback or testimonials publicly only where the individual has given permission.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use information obtained through Google APIs for personalized advertising or sell it to data brokers.
4. Google API data
Performicy Growth Agents and related internal tools may access Google services only after the relevant account owner or administrator grants permission. These tools use authorized data to provide analytics, reporting, campaign management, search-performance insights, and related business automations for the authorizing account.
We limit access to the data required for the authorized purpose. Google API data is not transferred to third parties except to service providers acting on our behalf, when needed for security, or when legally required. Human access is limited to cases where it is necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or support the authorized service.
We retain connected-account data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized service, security, legal, or record-keeping purposes. Access can be revoked by removing the applicable account link or permission in the relevant Google product, or by contacting us.
Performicy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Analytics and cookies
Our website may use the following measurement services:
- Google Analytics to understand traffic and website usage. Google may collect device, usage, and approximate-location information.
- Microsoft Clarity to generate interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings that help us improve the website. Input fields are masked by Clarity. Clarity may use first- and third-party cookies and pseudonymous identifiers.
- Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate website performance and usage.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and any consent controls we make available. If you block or delete cookies, some measurement features may not work as intended. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Where applicable law requires consent, we will request it before using non-essential cookies.
6. When we share information
We may disclose information:
- to vendors that host, secure, analyze, communicate, or otherwise process information for us, including Vercel, Google, Microsoft, and Resend;
- to professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
- to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request;
- to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of our services; or
- as part of a proposed or completed corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.
We may also share information at your direction or with your consent.
7. International processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction's laws and lawful access requirements. We use contractual, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information in our custody and control.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type and sensitivity of information and the reason it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
